Eligibility

1. The contest is open for only iPhone users through the OurLocate application. You can download the application for free.
2. Contest starts from June 1 2010. User must register for the contest through www.ourlocate.com
3. Entrants must be 18 years or older.
4.Just log on to our site, and register yourself. Choose a display name in “My Profiles” and Register yourself in "My Contests". In OurLocate app go to settings, type in your display name and you can start posting your updates. DON’T forget to connect your twitter account to iphone application without which your post is not valid.

Contest Rules

• User should obtain a display name by registering at ourlocate.com which should be used as display name in the iPhone application.

• All registered users should integrate their Twitter accounts to the OurLocate application and use the application at least once a day to report on traffic conditions around them for 30 days. Incase you do not have twitter account, you can create one at www.twitter.com

• Each post will be awarded 10 points for indicating traffic situation and 15 points for adding meaningful comments describing traffic situation.

• Each post should be seperated by minimum of 15 minutes and user should refrain from posting multiple posts from same location and creating spam.

• Get additional points for referring your friend to join the contest. Ask him to mention your display name when registering and you would receive 100 additional points and your friend 25 points.

Prize Drawing

• Winner will be decided by the number of valid and unique traffic updates and/or incident reports posted by users.

• The validation is the sole discretion of the judge depending on factors like (but not limited to) time of day, location of the alerts, and usefulness.

• Prizes are given on a monthly and biweekly basis. A daily winner will receive OurLocate merchandise and a T-shirt. $150 Itunes gift card would be awarded every month along with $50 Gift card for second position.

• It is recommended to follow us on facebook and twitter for latest updates on winners,prizes and other change in rules.

Prize Distribution

Winners will be notified by the email address used for registration.Please allow 4-6 weeks for dispatch of prizes.

Additional Conditions

OurLocate reserves the right under its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or modify the terms of this contest, in whole or in part; and the right to disqualify any participant in the event of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which in OurLocate's sole opinion corrupt or effect the fairness, integrity, legality or proper conduct of the contest.
