Contest Rules

  • User should obtain a display name by registering at ourlocate.com which should be used as display name in the iPhone application.
  • All registered users should integrate their Twitter accounts to the OurLocate application and use the application at least once a day to report on traffic conditions around them for 30 days. Incase you do not have twitter account, you can create one at www.twitter.com
  • Each post will be awarded 10 points for indicating traffic situation and 15 points for adding meaningful comments describing traffic situation.
  • DO NOT forget to integrate your twitter account ,without which points wont be added to your account
  • The traffic post is intended to help commuter in identifying traffic problems. user should refrain from posting multiple posts from same location and creating spam.

Get additional points for referring your friend to join the contest. Ask him to mention your display name when registering and you would receive 100 additional points and your friend 25 points

How to report using OurLocate

The app is has a simple interface. Choose the traffic condition and hit report.Add comments about the traffic situation if you feel so.

You need to agree with the terms and conditions of contest for participating.
