OurLocate allows users to share and obtain information specific to the routes they use. We strive to improve the service as we go along and add additional features. Please read the full terms of this Privacy Policy below, as they govern the privacy issues in connection with the our Service. For your convenience, here are some key points:
• The user is not required to provide any personal information to use the Site if you don’t wish to.
• Personal information we require from the user is a mobile phone number and email id. The phone number has to be provided only if the user wants to receive text alerts.
• The user can choose whether or not you want to provide additional personal information to OurLocate. We use this information to provide the user personalized services, such as the shortest route between work and home, and improve our services to you.
• User public profile will include information that does NOT personally identify you, such as your gender, age, city and state. You can delete this profile entirely if you wish.
• You can delete your profile and all your personal information at any point of time.
Safety Warning
SAFETY COMES FIRST AND FOREMOST. THE USE OF OURLOCATE MOBILE APP SHOULD BE DONE WITH GREAT CARE. IT MUST NOT DISTRACT DRIVING IN ANY WAY.
Use of the Service
You may access and use the OurLocate Service solely for personal and noncommercial use. Any commercial use of the service, including copying and/or sharing of the information available on OurLocate, has to pre-authorized by OurLocate. We reserve the right to alter or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time in our sole discretion.
The personal information provided such as travel routes, address is only accessible privately. It won’t be displayed publicly anywhere.
Please make sure that you understand that the information provided here is being provided freely, and that no kind of agreement or contract is created between you and the owners or users of this site, the owners of the servers upon which it is housed, the individual contributors to OurLocate, any of the project administrators or anyone else who is in any way connected with this project subject to your claims against them directly.
Third Party ads
OurLocate may use a third party to serve advertisements on the Service for serving contextual ads. They are subject to their own privacy policies and are not covered by our Privacy Policy. User Submissions
a. The OurLocate service permits users to submit information about traffic information either from website or using mobile client.
a. The user represents and warrants that the user owns or has the necessary rights to use, and authorize OurLocate to use User Submissions. The user retains all the ownership rights of their individual User Submissions. However, by submitting the User Submissions to OurLocate, the user gives OurLocate the permission to reuse worldwide, royalty free to display, reuse the user’s submissions.

The user agrees that they will not submit a User Submission that: b. is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless the user is the owner of such rights; c. creates a risk to a person's safety or health, compromises national security, or interferes with an investigation by law enforcement;
1. impersonates another person;
2. promotes illegal drugs, violates export control laws, relates to illegal gambling, or illegal arms trafficking;
3. is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate;
4. involves theft, money laundering or terrorism;
5. promotes pyramid schemes, chain letters or disruptive commercial messages or advertisements, or anything else prohibited by law, these Terms of Service or any applicable policies or guidelines;
Other Traffic Sources
Ourlocate service obtains information from third party sources which are not either linked to Ourlocate or in anyway controlled by OurLocate and we assume any responsibility for information accuracy
Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. If you have any comments or questions regarding our Privacy Policy, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee privacy perfection, we will address any issue to the best of our abilities.
Age Restriction
The service is targeted to age group of 13 and above
Disclosure
We reserve the right to access and disclose any User Submissions or any other information as we reasonably believe is necessary or helpful to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena or governmental request, (b) enforce these Terms, including investigation of potential violations of it, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, (d) respond to user support requests, or (e) protect the rights, property or safety of OurLocate, its users or the public.
Copyright Notices and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
OurLocate respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same.OurLocate may terminate the accounts of users or prevent access to users who infringe intellectual property of others. Termination
If you breach any of these Terms, OurLocate will have the right to suspend, disable or terminate your access to or use of the Service, at its sole discretion and without prior notice to you. OurLocate will not be liable to you or any third party for termination of your access or use of the Service.
